Our office is located at 5108 New Jersey Avenue in Wildwood. From the Garden State Parkway, take exit 4B to the Wildwoods, from the George Reading Bridge, go to the fourth stop light and make a right hand turn on New Jersey Avenue, go two blocks south and Lees Real Estate Agency is located between Leaming and Bennett Avenues on the right side of the street. Also, from Route 47 use same directions when you enter the Wildwoods.

It is strongly suggested that you make an appointment to view any of our rental properties, especially on weekends. Please call our office at 609-729-5108 to schedule a showing.

All check-ins are through our office located at 5108 New Jersey Avenue in Wildwood. Most check-in times are Saturday at 2:00PM and check out time is Saturday at 10:00AM. We will not leave keys at rental properties, you must come to our office to check in and check out.

Upon check-in you should bring a copy of your lease to our office. Also, you will need to bring bed linens along with bath towels and beach towels. All of our rental units require that you bring your linens and towels, please check your lease and/or website for proper bedding sizes.

Upon booking a reservation, fifty percent of the rental rate is required, the balance along with the security deposit is due thirty days prior to the check-in date.

Each lease states the maximum number of people including children of all ages, (includes babies). Exceeding this amount is a violation of the lease causing immediate termination of your lease agreement.

Normally, the owners will refund the security deposit within three weeks following your check out date, provided the rental property is left clean and free of damages.
